MUSE No.10 Return & Exchange Policy

At MUSE No.10, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Because our garments are intimate in nature, items showing any signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.

Fees & Shipping Responsibility

  • All approved returns will have the original shipping fee deducted from the refund.
  • A 10% restocking fee (based on the garment’s purchase price) will also be deducted.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • For size exchanges (wrong size ordered or fit issue), the customer is responsible for shipping the garment back, but MUSE No.10 will cover the cost of shipping the replacement size to you.

  • Defects & Damages

    If your garment arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. After review, we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

  • How to Start a Return or Exchange

    1. Email us at support@wearmuse.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
    2. We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
    3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval and process your exchange or refund.
  • Refunds

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
    • The refund amount will reflect deductions for the original shipping fee and the 10% restocking fee.
  • Final Sale

    Sample garments, promotional items, and discounted products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
